• Rooms can be rented from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. the next day.
• Access to your room must be set.
• All rates are provided for indicative purposes and are subject to change without notice.
• Non-cancellable non-repayable offers are debited directly upon booking.
• Photographs and information presented are not contractual.
Pets are accepted in most of our AKENA hotels for a fee. In case of degradation or damage caused by the animal, the responsibility of the owner of the animal will be directly incurred. It is strictly forbidden to leave your pet alone in a room for the well-being of all.
The welcome(reception) at AKENA it is essential
Upon your arrival, our hotel managers welcome you in a friendly and warm atmosphere :
• From 6.30am to 12.00am and from 5.00pm to 09.00pm on week*
• From 8.00am to 12.00am and from 05.00pm to 09.00pm on weekends and holidays.*
Outside of these times, you can access your room 24/7 through the automatic room distributor located at the entrance of the hotel.
Guaranteed reservation:
Guaranteed booking ensures availability of your room regardless of arrival time (untill 12.00am the next day). To benefit from this, you only need to have paid your first night either by sending a check to the hotel at least 8 days before the start date of stay, either by communicating directly to the hotel the type, 16 digit number, expiry date and cryptogram to secure your reservation.
Communication of your bank details to guarantee the booking does not allow payment of the reserved nights but allows the hotelier to charge your card the amount of the first night of the booked stay in case of non-presentation if the booking has not been cancelled according to our cancellation conditions (cf. Terms and Conditions of Sale).
Cancel his reservation
Any guaranteed booking can be cancelled via the following link:https://secure.reservit.com/fo/booking/253/0/manage?langcode=FR&partid=0 until two days before your arrival. Beyond that, any room reserved and not cancelled will result in a bill for the first night’s fee and cancellation of the rest of your stay.
